What?
The Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition is Raleigh’s jolliest holiday sing-off, where Figgy Pudding caroling teams are assembled by local elementary and high schools, colleges,Triangle area businesses, arts organizations, and spirited members of the local community. Teams (and attendees!) show up in full holiday flair: elves, Christmas onesies, Santa hats, wigs, tinsel—you name it. These groups come together to joyfully compete for bragging rights—and to spread their own unique holiday cheer! Best of all, it’s a FREE, family-friendly event packed with fun for everyone: enjoy festive holiday music, kids’ crafts and activities, a magical holiday village, delicious food and festive beverages, and a whole lot of seasonal sparkle. Come ready to ring in the holidays!
Why?
All this holiday magic supports a heartfelt mission: raising funds for Wake Tech’s Fostering Bright Futures program. This incredible initiative provides scholarships, mentoring, and support for former foster youth as they pursue their educational dreams. Every song sung and dollar donated helps turn hope into opportunity.

In historic Moore Square Park, right in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, where the streets fill with music, laughter, and community warmth.
